Terms and Conditions
By approving this estimate, Client authorizes Truly Local LLC (“Truly Local”) to perform the services listed and agrees to the following terms:
Service Terms
These terms apply to all services performed by Truly Local LLC (“Truly Local”).
Approval of any estimate authorizes work and constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. Scope of Work
Services include only those listed on the approved estimate.
Linen service, when selected, includes rotation and laundering of Truly Local inventory only.
Additional Services required due to property condition, excessive soil, guest damage, biohazard conditions, or special circumstances will be itemized and billed separately.
2. Service Structure
Services may be provided on a per-job (on-demand) basis or under a 30-day Preferred Partner agreement.
Preferred Partner agreements provide scheduling priority and discounted rates as outlined in the approved estimate. Agreements renew on a rolling 30-day basis unless otherwise stated.
On-demand services are subject to availability and standard rates.
3. Property Condition
Pricing assumes reasonable condition at time of service.
Excessive mess, heavy buildup, bodily fluids, human waste outside designated fixtures, or hazardous materials may require condition adjustments or third-party remediation.
Truly Local reserves the right to pause or decline service if conditions are unsafe.
4. Linen Service & Inventory
When Linen Service is selected, Truly Local provides and maintains standardized sheet sets, duvet covers, pillow protectors, and towels for use at the property.
All linens are laundered, inspected, and rotated between stays to ensure consistent presentation and same-day readiness.
Linen inventory remains the property of Truly Local unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Normal wear and laundering are included in the service fee. However, excessive staining, damage, or loss beyond reasonable use may be billed to the client and may be submitted for guest reimbursement when applicable.
Clients agree not to mix personal linens with Truly Local inventory unless otherwise arranged.
5. Access & Utilities
Client is responsible for providing accurate access instructions and ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are active at the time of service.
Travel beyond our primary service area may be billed separately and will be disclosed prior to service.
If access is unavailable at arrival, a trip fee may apply.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may delay future scheduling.
7. Damage & Liability
Truly Local carries general liability insurance.
If property damage is caused by our negligence, we will repair, replace, or process a claim through our insurance at our discretion.
Damage resulting from guests, pre-existing conditions, vendors, building systems, or normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the property owner.
8. Claims & Notice
Any concerns regarding service must be reported within 48 hours of completion.
9. Biohazard Conditions
Biohazard conditions (including bodily fluids, human waste outside designated fixtures, or sharps) are subject to a remediation surcharge and may require third-party service if beyond standard scope.
10. Right to Refuse Unsafe Conditions
Truly Local reserves the right to decline service if conditions pose a safety risk.
