We supply and maintain standardized, high-quality sheet sets, duvet covers, pillow protectors, and towels. After each stay, all linens are professionally laundered, inspected, and rotated back into inventory.

“How Pricing Works”
Every property is different, so pricing is based primarily on size and condition.
1. Base Turnover Rate
Selected by bed/bath category and includes a full reset clean.
2. Condition Adjustments (When Needed)
If a property requires additional time due to heavy use or guest damage, a moderate or heavy condition adjustment is applied.
3. One-Time Services & Add-Ons
Initial setup deep resets, laundry handling, and specialty items are quoted separately.
Travel outside our primary Seattle service area may be subject to a mileage charge, quoted in advance.
We provide clear estimates before work begins — no hidden fees and no surprise charges.
